In aromatherapy, Myrtle Oil is seen as uplifting yet calming. It works well when diffused and blends with lots of other oils. It has a fresh scent, similar to Eucalyptus Oil but slightly sweeter. It can be used in massage when diluted with a carrier oil.

How to use
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath.
Aromatherapy
Add to your diffuser and immerse yourself in the refreshing and uplifting aroma of Myrtle.
Massage
Blend it with a carrier oil for an uplifting massage oil. Sweet Almond (#215), Grapeseed (#210) or Coconut (#203) are all good choices.
Skincare
Dilute in a lightweight carrier oil like Coconut Fractionated and use as a natural facial cleanser.
Haircare
Add a couple of drops to your shampoo for a refreshing hit.
